COO & Co-founder

Feargal brings over a decade of healthcare research commercialization and technology transfer experience. He expertly navigates healthcare regulations and compliance for AI solutions.

His expertise includes securing pre-seed and seed investment for healthcare startups, with a proven track record in strategic market positioning and partnership development. Dr. Peter Cosgrove

MB BCh, FAAP, MRCPI - CMO & Strategic Healthcare Advisor

Dr. Peter Cosgrove is a Harvard-trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician with multi-jurisdictional experience across US, UK, and Irish healthcare systems.

An NHS Clinical Entrepreneur graduate, he has managed multi-million pound Epic EHR implementations and brings deep expertise in healthcare technology integration. As an American Academy of Pediatrics Subject Matter Expert, he combines clinical excellence with proven healthcare innovation expertise to drive Rafana's market strategy and ensure our solutions meet the real-world needs of healthcare professionals.
